How can I contact DayShades?

You can reach us anytime at support@dayshades.at. Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions about your order or our products.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes – we ship internationally. No matter where you live, our shades will find their way to you.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, changes are no longer possible – but you can return your package once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Your order will be packed within 1–3 business days and shipped the following working day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, current shipping times are 2–4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

All prices on our website are listed tax-free in USD. Import duties or taxes may apply once your order reaches your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you received the wrong item or something was damaged during shipping, please email us with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Once your return is received or your cancellation is confirmed, it usually takes 7–10 business days for the refund to appear. Please contact your bank if you experience delays.
